The Masconomo Council 1232 Knights of Columbus, Manchester-by-the-Sea asks parishioners of Sacred Heart, Manchester- by the Sea and St. John, Essex, as well as all residents of Cape Ann, to donate new and slightly used coats, jackets, windbreakers and foul weather gear for men, women and children of all ages to be given to those in need through Catholic Charities.

Tom Finn, Grand Knight, Council 1232 noted,” Last year, the Council collected over 150 coats and every one of them went to good use and were distributed to Cape Ann families by Catholic Charities. So please take this opportunity to help out those less fortunate by donating what you have, You will feel good about sharing the warmth of the Christmas holiday season by refreshing your family’s winter wardrobe! Look for the coat rack with hangers at the back of each church labelled “K of C Coat Drive”. Thanks for your help in spreading goodwill during the Christmas season.”
