Dr. Kerry Pound

Dr. Kerry Pound received a bachelor’s degree in Bioethics from Georgetown University; upon graduation, she then attended Oxford University on a Rhodes Scholarship to obtain a second bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Theology. She then attended medical school at McGill University in Montreal prior to settling in the Boston area to begin a career in pediatrics. She has worked in the pediatric ER for the last 13 years at Salem Hospital, just recently switching to Beverly Hospital. In addition, she serves as a medical director at Gordon College. She is Vice President of Mass Citizens for Life and serves on the board of the Pregnancy Care Center in Haverhill. She lives in Beverly with her incredibly supportive, husband Peter, and their four children. They are all active members of St. Mary Star of the Sea parish in Beverly. She is passionate about speaking up for life from conception to natural death.
